It’s time for sweet Valentine’s Day Treats and nothing fits the bill like chocolate fondue! This recipe is delishly easy to make and tastes great on everything…And it makes a crazy good topping for ice cream or frozen yogurt. When my kids were young and still at home, we used to make this every Valentine’s Day and sit on the floor in front of our freplace in the kitchen …Such a sweet memory. Try it with your family and start making your own sweet Valentine’s Day memories!
Can you Fondue? Makes 4 to 6 servings
1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
1/3 cup whipping cream
½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Assorted Fresh fruits, marshmallows, cookies and cake cubes
Let’s Make Fondue!
1. Heat milk chocolate, cream and grated ginger in a microwave-safe dish for 1 minute. Stir and heat again for another 30 seconds.
2. Remove bowl from microwave and stir in vanilla. Transfer to a fondue pot, a 2-to-4-cup slow cooker, or a small decorative bowl.
3. Using fondue forks or wooden bamboo skewers, dip fruits, marshmallows, and pieces of cake into fondue.
Now you can fondue!
